As an agent with strong tech and marketing skills, Chris understands there is much more to be done when bringing a home to market than simply snapping a few photos and listing the property. This is why he creates customized marketing plans for every client he represents. From drone video footage and laser-drawn floor plans to individual property websites and targeted social media ads, Chris’s listings consistently garner the attention—and selling prices—they deserve.

A Pasadena resident, Chris brings his 15+ years of real estate experience to The Agency’s local office. In his free time, he enjoys dining out with his partner TJ, socializing with friends and going to Disneyland.

A Los Angeles native with a strong command of the city and its real estate, Jessica Soo is committed to helping make her clients’ dreams a tangible reality.

Representing buyers and sellers across Pasadena, Sierra Madre, Arcadia and beyond, Jessica’s love for L.A. is infectious. Known for her friendly demeanor and local expertise, she has earned a reputation as a patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic advocate who always goes above and beyond for her clients.

Jessica spent several years in politics before transitioning to real estate, an experience that honed her ability to think on her feet and manage unexpected challenges with grace and ease. Her time on the campaign trail also fostered her love of community and passion for helping others, traits which continue to motivate her as she helps clients navigate the biggest transaction of their lives.

Jessica is a graduate of University of Southern California, where she studied Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. When she’s not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys traveling, weight training, culinary adventures, and hiking with her puppy, a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Thando. She is the chairwoman of the Arcadia Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Network and is involved with the American Cancer Society’s annual Relay for Life.
